Design Of je švedski brend o kojemu sam već pisao i predstavio vam njihov predivan, bazično geometrijski, vrlo jednostavan metalni namještaj.
Prilikom posjeta Stockholm Design Weeku početkom ove godine upoznao sam vrlo srdačnu i predivnu vlasnicu i osnivačicu brenda, Johannu Haglund. Johanna i ja smo tada napravili mini intervju koji možete pročitati ovdje, a danas vam pričam jednu drugu priču – priču o suradnji koju je Design Of ostvario s tri vrlo uspješne švedske dizajnerice. Svaka od njih dizjanirala je proizvod koji će Design Of proizvoditi i imati u svojoj ponudi.
Glavna ideja, tema i cilj bili su održivost i trajnost, pa se ideja recikliranog materijala, u ovome slučaju metala, nametnula sama po sebi, a sve u duhu minimalizma i jednostavnosti dizajna koju brend njeguje već godinama.

Pella Hedeby
In the fall of 2019 Design Of introduced a collaboration with three designers featuring sustainability as the theme. Each designer got the opportunity to design a product from waste material. One of them was Pella Hedeby who worked with the keywords organized, personally and minimalistic when she designed the product.
“I have for a long time been looking for an A4 board, both in landscape and portrait format to put my prints in. The idea is that you can lean it against a wall and put inspirational images on it that will create a small moodboard. This was the reason that I designed the Portfolio Board.” – Pella Hedeby
Lovisa Häger
In the fall of 2019 Design Of introduced a collaboration with three designers featuring sustainability as the theme. Each designer got the opportunity to design a product from waste material. One of them was Lovisa Häger who took the opportunity to create a timeless pen stand with sharp lines.
“I wanted to create something beautiful, simple and functional. For as long as I can remember, I have been interested in how shadows falls. When I started to design my product, I already knew that I wanted an object that would leave a distinct shaped shadow and with that in mind I started the design of the pen stand. You can also place the pen stand vertical and it becomes a beautiful decoration.” – Lovisa Häger
Frida Nilsson
In the fall of 2019 Design Of introduced a collaboration with three designers featuring sustainability as the theme. Each designer got the opportunity to design a product from waste material. One of them was Frida Nilsson who designed a bowl for several uses.
“My product is a square bowl that will bring a nice detail to the home. An exciting design where the hard edges meet the soft bottom. I wanted to create a durable product that many people can use. Imagine the bowl in the kitchen with fruits, in the bathroom with jewels or in the living room with candy.”- Frida Nilsson
